New beach house is located in a very desirable area of Long Beach Island, located just far enough from the crowd to give you more of a peaceful experience, but close enough to all the major attractions and shopping.
The home has enough parking for 4 cars. There should be no more than 4 cars parked at the home at any time.
The private beach entrance is just steps away, with a lifeguard on duty throughout the summer. Owner owns this beach front. Enjoy the tennis courts just 2 blocks from the house. Available to you with the home passes.
The owners live on the other side of the home.
The home is reverse-living with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all on the upper floor. The home has a dumb waiter in the garage to tow to the top floor. There is a large flat -screen TV with DVD for your family enjoyment, and comfortable seating for all, including a sleeper sofa. You will also find a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with Cape Cod-style cabinetry, all new appliances, and granite counter tops. The spacious, open floor plan gives this home a light and airy feel.
The master bathroom has a Japenese soaking tub!

This home is not toddler friendly. There are 4 flights of stairs, which creates the possibility for little ones to fall down them and hurt themselves.
Elderly that cannot walk up two flights of stairs are advised against staying at this property as there is not an elevator.

The description of the house is exact. Location to beach is across the street. We rented in Sept and loved the fact that no one was on the beach and had beautiful perfect days to make our getaway complete. The owner leaves detailed information about the area and restaurants as well including menus! The setup of the town home was perfect. Dumb waiter was a true time and back saver. We had a great time and will be back.
This is the second year we rented this house and we loved it just as much the second year as we did the first! It has everything a renter could want or need - a dumbwaiter (big plus on moving in and out with 3 flights of stairs), an ice-maker, beach chairs, bikes and I could go on. We thought it was well equipped the first year and still found improvements when we returned the second year. Last year was the first year we ventured down this end of the island coming from the Beach Haven end the previous year. It is so nice and quiet yet you are not far away from restaurants and shopping. The beaches are less crowded. We also enjoyed the Friday to Friday rental. Definitely spend less time sitting on the causeway.
If you are looking for a nice, relaxing vacation in an awesome home - this is the best!

My family had a wonderful time in North Beach. The kids were entertained and made wonderful new friends. The adults were able to relax and actually could read a book! The house is very inviting or as or kids say cozy and comfortable just like home. Thanks for a great time!

This was a great vacation. We had my daughter and son in law and new granddaughter with us. The house was beautiful, very close to the beach with private beach access and the area is very quiet yet very close to everything you need in restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to the lighthouse or other parts of LBI. This is the 2nd year I used ADMS as a rental company and both times they were very responsive and helpful. I will be back next year !!
