This very special property offers everything we need, the house is very spacious and very well equipped, whether in the kitchen, in the backyard or just in terms of the beach equipment. And in terms of communication with the owner, he is very efficient and responds to all our requests in a few minutes.I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great vacation! We were in this house / Villa for 10 days - 9 Nights. The house is beautiful even nicer than on the pictures and very well equipped. It is a very, very clean and exceptionally well maintained. We have been in others vacation homes in this area in the past, this one is the most beautiful. The pool area is a paradise for itself with the trees all around, the pool, hot tub, table and canopy in between. Beautiful!! The front lawn & garden are beautifully manicured and give a very comfortable and private feel to the whole property. In general, it is very quiet and private place it feels like you are the only one here. The owner was very helpful and very accommodating to all our needs. If we would be able, we would stay longer! A great choice for a blissful vacation!

Absolutely beautiful house with all you need to have an amazing beach vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and the garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, fans, high chairs, beach floats…. Literally everything you need! The outdoor space was incredible, with the gorgeous pool and hot tub! The cleanliness was outstanding. The house was more than we expected! The communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful! We would absolutely come back!

We loved the house. Great layout, living area was spacious and welcoming. The outdoor space is excellent and well configured. This was also the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was spotless. You can't beat this location. Walking distance to the beach with restaurants also located on the beach. The beach area wasn't too crowded either in this location. Neighborhood was quiet, even on Memorial Day. This is a great place to stay.

From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable and at home. The house was very clean, organized and well stocked with all the essentials. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was by far the best. The location is amazing, it’s just two blocks to the beach. The garage has all the necessary beach equipment that you need, even all the sand toys for the kids. (Our little one was very excited to see all the beach toys!) It was a great stay, we can’t wait to go back!!!

Four couples took a long weekend and stayed at this beautiful home. The pictures resemble the house. The inside was perfect. The outside had the pool, hot tub and areas to sit. There were so many things in the house that were provided where we have stayed in other VRBO houses that were not. Totally appreciate trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher soap and washer soap. Many kitchen items as well--spices, coffee, filters and sweetener. The 3 wheel barrels, coolers, chairs for the beach and umbrellas were awesome too. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house had so much. We ALL really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heart beat--hope to at some point. If you book this house, you will not be disappointed. Our family stayed over the Christmas holiday. The owner put up a beautiful Christmas tree for us. We have stayed at many vacation homes around the world and this home was by far one of the most comfortable and organized homes we have stayed. The owners really thought of every detail to ensure guests have all the comforts of home. The kitchen had high end appliances and fully stocked with very nice dishes & glassware. We spent much time cooking so we truly appreciated all the cookware and serving dishes. Wine/beverage refrigerator plus an additional refrigerator in the garage was helpful. There were plenty of linens, paper goods, and cleaning supplies provided. The home decor was just beautiful with tasteful artwork. Home was very spacious and extremely clean. The surrounding landscaping was pristine. The pool & hot tub was serene and private. We highly recommend renting this home! The owner and management company were excellent communicators. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed at the house with another family for a week. It was perfect! The kids loved the pool/hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked and everyone was comfortable. Book this house! Beautiful house and so clean, this house has everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped, everything from a zip lock bag to a sticky note if you need them! Tons of beach supplies in the garage even a high chair which was useful when traveling w a baby. The laundry was great to. Plenty of towels. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We really loved the pool and hot tub. The house has lots of labeling which was very convenient. We loved our stay! Short walk to the beach and restaurants about a mile walk. The property is just like the pictures… very clean, convenient location, has everything you need. We had a slight mishap with the hot tub… no one’s fault just some wiring issues that kind of stuff happens… can’t say enough good things about Louis Shaw of Style Vacation Homes.. and the owner of the property it self, David… both were first class & fixed the problem efficiently & ASAP. Property was very well maintained and well kept. The mosquitoes can be a nuisance in the evening but no big deal… the owner has property routinely sprayed for pest and several fans and bug spray for your convenience… Superb ownership & hospitality. I would strongly recommend this property as well as any other David & Style Vacation Homes may have.

The house is exactly what the pictures show online. This house comes with EVERYTHING you could ever need! If in doubt just ask and they will let you know. Aside from clothes and bathroom necessities you are covered! The pool and spa is where we spent most of our time! There are some maintenance people that come through but we were never interrupted and the schedule is listed when you get there. If you are on the fence about staying then all I can say is DO IT!

5-STAR REVIEW. Excellent process from A-Z. Everything was very smooth. The house and stay are worth every penny. The house was super clean and organized when we arrived. The instructions and manual make everything seem so easy. Amenities there were A+. Seriously, every little thing to help make our vacation great was thought about and included. Location was perfect, 2 blocks from the public beach (3-5 minutes walk). Beautiful neighborhood. A few minutes from the mall, restaurants and shops. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will certainly be renting this house again.

If you see this property available for your travel dates, definitely book it! everything about it is PRISTINE..So clean, very well stocked with everything you will need for a beach vacation including beach chairs, a sand wagon kids toys and even sunblock. This property has an exclusive entrance to Birch State Park which is a must when travelling to Fort Lauderdale. We had 6 women and plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub are heated and the neighborhood quiet. There is not one negative thing I can say about this property and I'm high maintenance!

I recently booked a 5 day stay at this beach house for me, my aunt, and 3 of our friends. As soon as you walk inside the house, it takes your breath away! The promotional video and pics honestly does not do this location enough justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! Each room is decorated and stocked beautifully with whatever you need. The ambiance is luxurious making you feel like royalty while staying there. Two of us, myself and my aunt were celebrating our 39th, and 40th birthdays and it could not have been better. The house was stocked with pretty much everything needed for your stay! I hope that this house is available on my next stay! We Loved it

Great winter getaway!

This house was perfect for a quiet getaway from the snow in New Jersey! Vincent, the property manager, met us upon our arrival and explained how everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need for cooking and it was all in beautiful condition. The whole house was impeccably clean which made us feel very comfortable during these times. We loved the easy access the Hugh Birch State Park at the end of the block and enjoyed daily bike rides (bikes not included with the house, but would be a very welcome addition) and walks on the paths. The quick walk to the beach was ideal and the house is even equipped with a great cart to tote chairs and supplies. Our only issue was that the wifi was a bit finicky at times, which made it a bit hard for my husband to be ‘working from home’ and it could use an extender to work better in the yard since that is where we spent much of our time. The house is exactly as shown and I would highly recommend renting it!

We had an awesome experience and stay at the Dolphin Palms. We loved the home, the pool, the hot tub and the proximity to the ocean. All of the amenities and features worked very well and we stayed in and cooked (due to COVID) almost every single meal. And when we did have delivery or when we did go out, everything was perfect and close by. The only thing that kept this from a 5 star review was that we were asked to change the propane on the grill and bring down the rolling garbage bin to the curb, even though there was a maintenance person of some kind at the home pretty much every day.

This was me and my family?s first trip to Fort Lauderdale and our first time renting a home for our vacation. This house was the most amazing place we have ever stayed. Check in process was easy and helpful. Vincent walked us through the entire property to make sure we were comfortable. We did encounter an issue with the pool operations, but Vincent quickly arranged for a pool specialist to check it out the next morning. The issue needed additional attention so we were shown how to operate things manually as to not disrupt the stay. Very clean place, has most everything you would need to cook your own meals. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the happenings along the beach. Despite the hiccup with the pool, we would stay here again. I would recommend to others.

Vincent met us promptly, gave us a tour and made sure we had his contact info for any questions or concerns.. this Property is turn key ready to go! Bring your groceries and your bags and relax! The attention to detail in this home is outstanding! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, great pool and hot tub! The outdoor showers were awesome! Just a short walk to the beach! This house is outfitted with everything you need for the beach! Just put on your swimsuit, pack up the wagon and go! You can walk or Uber anywhere. We had 7 adults that stayed at Dolphin Palms. This house is absolutely beautiful! We were in the area April 2019 for the Tortuga Music Festival which we have been to for 6 years and always rented a hotel.This was the best decision we made renting this house. The house was immaculate and has everything you need from linens,toiletries,kitchen had everything needed for cooking indoor or outside on the grill. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the temperatures just perfect,pool lights were cool too! Beds are very comfortable and clean! Neighborhood was very quiet so if your a loud partying group this area is not for you! We also enjoyed a hike in the local park that we had free access. Everyone at Style Vaction Homes has been very helpful and was in touch with us every step of the way. Vincent was very thorough with the walk through of the home. All of us loved it and will definitely be back!

We stayed at Dolphin Palms with five adults and three kids and it could not have been more perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the layout of the house was great, every detail was thought of. The property manager was extremely responsive when we had a question about the hot tub. We loved the outdoor shower, the landscaping is incredible, and the pool was great for the kids and adults. There were so many times that we found ourselves saying out loud how this house has made our trip perfect.

Truly an oasis with the pool, hot tub and comfortable seating in the very private backyard. Our hesitation in renting on the west side of A1A was soon forgotten with the short walk and cart and beach equipment provided. The quality and space continued inside. We spent a week at Dolphin Palms and enjoyed every second of it. The house is amazing, the location was perfect and the house had every amenity one would need. It is obvious that the owners care and succeed at giving their guests a truly positive experience. The layout of the house offers privacy if one seeks it and big open spaces for gatherings. Sadly the weather wasn't perfect but with the heated pool and hot tub we hardly noticed. The backyard area is amazing and so peaceful. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything, beach, great restaurants, the state park. We have rented other homes, but this is far and away the best experience we have had. If you have the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Palms. The house had everything you could want - hot tub, heated pool, Sonos sound system, high end kitchen appliances, lots of cutlery, grill, and more. This place has all the latest gadgets you would expect in a really high end rental. Vince provide clear instructions during the meet and greet so that we could make use all the great features. They even had 9 really nice beach chairs and two beach buggies to pull all the equipment. The house was decorated really well - both inside and out. We would recommend this house and Style Vacation Homes to everyone.

I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday by taking a trip with my husband and some friends (couples). Dolphin Isles had the feel of a private resort. Located 2 blocks from the ocean in a private, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool (nice and warm even in Dec.) and in the evening sitting in the hot tub. If you are looking for luxury accommodations- this is the place for you! We were a short walk from the ocean and wonderful restaurants. The property manager was amazing and ensured that we were comfortable and had a wonderful stay. We will be back!!!! Thanks so much for taking time to leave such a nice review of our home, Dolphin Palms! It is truly rewarding for us when our guests let us know how much they enjoy our home. Our goal was to create an escape from the usual, a private tropical oasis with a feeling of casual elegance. This was our second Thanksgiving spent at this house. The house is really wonderful. First we love the heated pool and hot tub. We love being able to walk into an 85 degree pool and feel instantly comfortable. The deck area has all the comforts you would think of or need, including the 2 outdoor showers. The house is recently fully renovated and very nicely and comfortably furnished. It is supplied with everything we needed and more. Most places we stay at require visits to the store to get supplies initially or to restock. This requires neither. The HDTVs in every room, the Sonos system throughout the house and outside, the fully stocked kitchen, and on and on were appreciated. Will definitely return again.

Pure luxury, every detail is thought of: step into this beautiful home and relax. Professionally decorated, spacious, open concepts- exactly how I would like my home to be. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa, the outdoor showers, eating on the patio, using Sonos; gorgeous gourmet kitchen stocked with spices, oils, and everything you need to plan meals at home (if you wish). A few bugs 'no-see-ems' in backyard (easily taken care of with spray). Used the carts to bring chairs and umbrella, towels etc to the beach which is approximately 5 min walk (with my elderly mom)- this was very useful. We also used Hugh State Park (ask for the padlock code) for trail running and exploration (entrance 2 minutes from the home down 32nd NE street). Vince, the manager was very accessible and professional. I have looked to rent this home in February, however, it is not available, to our chagrin! We will be back another time.., I would rent again in a heartbeat.

We loved everything about this place, it was perfect for our group. We took our 3 adult children & their SO’s, there was more than ample room for everyone. The beach/ocean is truly less than 3 blocks away. The backyard pool and spa are surrounded by beautiful tropical plants making it very private. Our stay was great!! Cindy, Pamela, Valerie and Vincent were a tremendous help. The home is very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub. Everything was provided to us for cooking, beach outings, and even home living products. The recommendations for restaurants and other tours were incredible! This house is newly renovated and has all the amenities you can think of. This house easily accomodated our group of 7 adults and 3 small kids. This is my second time staying at one of Louis’s properties in Ft. Lauderdale. He and Vincent keep their properties super clean and top notch. I will only stay at his properties when I visit Ft. Lauderdale.

Gorgeous kitchen was fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need for cooking. Beach is close by. The only downside were the fees associated with renting the property. We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Palms - beautiful house. Decor is beautiful and we liked the layout of the house. Cosy and comfortable.

This home is even better in person than the lovely pictures and was perfect for our family’s visit home for my father’s 90th birthday. Spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful decor and fully equipped kitchen easily accommodated our 6 adults and 4 children. Many amenities throughout with thoughtful touches to make it feel like a real home to vacationers. Especially useful to us were the carts provided to carry beach chairs, towels and toys ( also provided) for the short walk to the beach. There are 2 outside showers and hooked up hose to make sand removal easy. We also utilized the baby supplies ( high chair with bib, crib, etc.) Plenty of eating space and room for jigsaw puzzle too! The outdoor area with pool, hot tub and lots of seating is fabulous and relaxing. Vincent, the very helpful property manager, met us at check in to give us a thorough tour and answer any questions. Dolphin Palms is beautiful, well maintained home and we hope to come back in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a beautiful and conveniently-located home to host our family and we were blown away by this house! It had everything we needed (beach items, cooking spices, etc) to make us feel like we were home and it is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach! We didn't want to leave! And, on top of everything else, the property management team was outstanding and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again and will be sure to recommend this home to our friends and family!

From the booking, to the check-in information, the personalized "tour" of the property and the property itself, we could not have been happier. The house is stunning, with great attention to detail and beautiful decor throughout. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked and great appliances. Even the laundry room is top notch. Every bed is extremely comfortable. All six of commented on them and how well we slept. Linens are so nice! Bathrooms are beautiful as well, with luxurious towels and stocked with shampoo and soap. Great sized living room, family room and dining room (although we only ate at the table once). Pool and spa are in perfect shape and the control panel to operate everything must be from Star Wars (easy to use though). Plenty of comfortable seating and lighting outside and TWO outside showers for when you come back from the beach (which is a short easy walk) or a jog. Highly recommend this property. Two refrigerators, grill and basic supplies included. Great location!!

The amount of rain occurring in Florida these past weeks has had an impact on the mosquito population for all homes in South Florida. Not many home owners treat for mosquitos. They expect guests to use repellents to protect themselves. We provide both. We service our homes twice a month in addition to providing insect repellent, and that seems to work well under normal weather conditions. We will increase the frequency of treatments to help keep this from being an issue for our guests. Thank you

Our family vacationed to Ft. Lauderdale for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and stayed at Dolphin Palms. It is an absolutely beautiful house, even better than the pictures. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor showers are amazing. The house is comfortable, spotless, and has everything you could think of needing. The management company was wonderful to work with, and we would definitely go back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Palms. The house was equipped with anything you could think of, from kitchenwares, televisions, towels, chairs, Sonos sytem, shampoo and bodywash etc. We were traveling with a 4 year old and 1 year old, and they had a full sized crib with bedding, high chair, pack & play, beach and pool toys to use. The house was pristine, and everything was exactly as pictured on Home Away. The pool and spa were wonderful, we spent most of our days in the pool and dining outdoors. The beach is a quick 5 minute (or less) walk, and if you drive there are public parking spaces close to the beach entrance. Vincent, the property manager was very helpful, and responsive to questions. Our only issue was that the outdoor Sonos speakers were disabled due to the noise ordinance, but that has more to do with the city than the property owner. We loved our stay, and hope to return again.

? ? ? ? ? This house was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 babies in our group. It is well maintained and offers many conveniences. The pool area is beautiful. I read a review that said there was an issue with bugs- we did NOT find that to be true. The kitchen was great, fully stocked and ready to use. Bedrooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. It was nice to have TVs with Comcast in every bedroom. There is some baby gear at this house that isn’t mentioned in the property description.. should you need it, a crib and 2 pack n plays are available. And with notice I believe Vince (property manager) will set them Up. The people (especially Cindy) at the property management agency were easy to talk to and very helpful.

The house is beautiful!!! We loved the way it was decorated, some much space in the home. The master bed and bath were perfect.The 3 bedrooms. were in a separate wing, which was great. The pool area was amazing. There are two showers outside and the kids loved them!! The pool area is great, you can be in the sun or shade and all of the furniture is so comfortable in and out.The back yard is very private and the plants are beautiful. It was only a couple blocks to the beach, it is across A1A, but not that busy, a very easy walk. Close to Fort Lauderdale beach, we drove in to that area a couple times. I like the area the house is in, it is quite, but if you want to get to the busy beach areas, it is an easy drive. We have rented many Florida homes and this is one of my favorites!!!

I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in Fort Lauderdale. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. No stone was left unturned with regard to furnishings. From dishware to nightlights to large screen TVs, this house has it all! The pool and the hot tub were wonderful as well. This is definitely a 5 Star Rental.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home.  Traveling with parents, siblings, and our two little ones, it ended up being the perfect choice.  The house was recently renovated and is absolutely gorgeous with all the upgrades.  Even the bathrooms are something to look at! The layout is so spacious and comfortable. Every detail is so well thought out, and the house is beautifully maintained and clean and equipped with everything you can think of including a beach wagon, beach umbrellas and chairs, toys, inflatables, and all that you need to have fun at the beach!  The beds are comfortable! The entire property is more beautiful in person than in the photos.  During our stay, we would enjoy the first half of the day at the house enjoying all its amenities including eating on the patio and taking an outdoor shower.   The heated pool and jacuzzi are awesome to use at night as well and light up with colors.  There is a digital control system for water temp, bubbles, l

We can't get over how perfect this property was. From how clean it was, to the front and back yard space and to the size of the living space. There is nothing this home didn't have. The property manager was patient and responded to our every need - he was amazing! The maintenance of the property is top notch - pool cleaned every few days, landscaping taken care of! The layout of the home is perfect if traveling with young children as the bedroom is far away from the noise and the main living space. We felt safe and at home at the Dolphin Palms. A true oasis, close to everything you need. This is a perfect family vacation home and we cant wait to return. Style vacation homes was amazing to work with answering every question I had. we have rented for years and always seem to find something that needs improving, but not here! Absolutely perfect!!! This property is truly a luxury vacation home. It was stocked with everything we needed to make it our home away from home. The décor is beautiful. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or to dinner. The backyard with the pool, hot tub and furniture was like having our own personal resort. It is in a quiet neighborhood so we were able to relax without disruption of loud music or parties. Louis and his team strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible and they succeeded!! I will rent this property again and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

The house was wonderful, we truly enjoyed the amenities especially since it was a rainy week. We had a few issues the stove went out and the ac unit went out on the side of the house with the three bedrooms. We contacted Vincent for both incidents and he took care of them immediately. We also had an issue with the TV on Monday in the family room. We advised Vincent, TV came back on it continued to go in/out. Vincent contacted Comcast they were scheduled to come out Thursday morning. The technician was there approximately 30 minutes. Vincent was very attentive, proactive, friendly, professional. readily available to assist with any problems that occurred.

Amazing vacation at this beautiful home! From top to bottom, this home has it all! My husband, brothers, mother, and grandparents wanted a house where we could realax and spend time together at the pool and beach. This home had something for everyone with so much space to spread out and have privacy when needed. Felt like a 5-star resort! Vincent the manager was so kind and helpful- even helping my grandparents with their bags when they arrived at the house before we did. Can't wait to return again. I would have given it 5 stars except for 2 small issues. I will start with the booking process they use pay pal and I got charged $45 per installment. I've booked other places and was able to use my credit card without additional fees. I had to pay 3 different installments which the last one was re-reimbursed. I spoke the owner asking why I couldn't pay everything at once he told me he would work on it. The 2nd issue was when they set up a arrival meeting with the gentlemen who took care of the house. We were set for 4 pm, I told them when our plane was landing and pushed it back to 4:30. When we arrived it was not ready. He was very apologetic but really gave us no reason as to why it was not ready. He was there for anything we needed. Unfortunately we had the only rain they have seen on the east coast of Florida in months. We still went outside and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill etc. I would recommend the house it was beautifully decorated and a great location.

Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved our Dolphin Palms rental home. We rent homes every year and this was the best one ever. Vincent gave us a warm welcome and thorough briefing upon arrival, and responded to my questions immediately until I got the hang of all of the electronics. This pool was the first ever that was absolutely the perfect temperature from day one; same with the hot tub. The whole Style Vacation Homes team was a pleasure to work with and we would be happy to rent from them again next year!

Incredible Relaxing Getaway

This was my home for a week and it was OVER THE TOP! With cohesive and thoughtful decor, comfortable beds and spa like features, I was relaxed and well rested throughout my stay. There is nothing more peaceful than waking up to waterfall cascading into a pool every morning. Not to mention the location couldn't have been better, just a few steps away from the beach! The surround music system placed through out the inside and outside of the house was very nice as well. Without a doubt this has set the bar high for other future vacation rentals. Overall, this is a very special home I am over the moon to have found and hope to return to very soon.
