KITCHEN AND DINING:The loftâs South Studio is a sun-filled living/dining/kitchen area with dining table and chairs for eight. Under the sleeping loft, there is a fully equipped large kitchenette (undercabinet refrigerator + separate freezer), with tiled counters, 2-burner induction cooktop, Breville oven/microwave, and cookware/dishware and a kitchen island with seating for four.
LOUNGING AND LIVING SPACES: 10-foot sectional sofa, Eames lounger, and a 65-inch TV
OUTDOOR LIVING: An outdoor reserved guest parking space leads directly to a fieldstone path and private entrance and staircase to the second-floor apartment above a garage. Just outside the door is a gas grill for exclusive use by Barnside guests. The property is situated along a tree-lined, 2-lane country road that is busy during the day, but surrounded by open fields and woods, including 300 acres of preserves with hiking trails.
