The second floor also hosts a den complete with a refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, 55" Smart TV, and private outside access to a large second-floor deck. King bedroom #2 is accessed from the den. This suite also offers a private custom-tile bath with a rainforest shower. The den can be closed off from the main house and used as an exclusive grand suite with a private deck. The second level also offers a queen bedroom, sitting area with desk, bathroom with tub/shower combination, and another stacked washer/dryer.

Farm-style table seats up to 10. Adjacent island seats 3. Outdoor dining set on the rear patio seats 8.
