Louis has spent 20 years designing coastal interiors. Every home in the Style Vacation Homes collection went through his design work before it ever took a booking, and owners hire the same eye for homes they never rent at all.

What Louis does
Design work, from
one room to the whole house
The same hands that furnish the rental collection take on private homes and vacation rental interior design across the shore.
Full furnishing
A house furnished top to bottom, from the sofas and beds down to the art on the wall and the glasses in the cabinet. This is the vacation rental furnishing work that gets a house photographed and listed, ready for its first guest.
Room-by-room refresh
A house that already works but has dated in a room or two. Louis reworks the spaces that hold it back, keeping what is good and replacing what reads tired, so the whole home moves up a level.
Staging & styling consults
A walkthrough with a plan. Louis styles what you own, calls out what to change, and hands you a short-term rental design list you can act on room by room. The right choice when you want direction more than a full project.
Turn-key setup for new rentals
A new rental taken from empty to bookable. Furniture, linens, kitchen, and the small things guests notice, set up as one project. This is vacation rental interior design built for the Airbnb and VRBO listing, so the house earns from day one.
