Get ready to elevate your getaway. Our fun and cozy bar/lounge known as "The Hatch" is finished and offers the perfect mix of relaxation and style-private patio vibes, eclectic nautical design, and steps away from everything you love about our vacation home.

ROOF AND SECOND FLOOR You will marvel at the spectacular panoramic ocean and bay views from a sun splashed roof top deck and savor the reverse living inspired open floor plan on the second floor. The spacious and luxuriously appointed great room with gourmet kitchen, separate living and dining areas, gas fireplace, half bath and outdoor covered deck are the perfect blend of coastal charm with modern comforts creating the ideal setting for relaxed gatherings and delicious meals. The master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, double vanity and oversized shower, as well as a nearby laundry room with side loading washer/dryer, round out the remainder of the 2nd floor.

FIRST FLOOR The other 4 bedrooms, including two that are en-suite (one of which is ADA Compliant), are located on the 1st floor. The remaining two bedrooms include a king size bedroom, with walk-in closet, and a bunk room that sleeps 5. Both of these rooms are close to a full bath with shower and tub. All bedrooms include a smart TV and ceiling fans except for the bunk room. All linens are provided including bath towels and mats as well as bed sheets and pillow covers - beds will be made for you prior to your arrival.

Centrally located on the first floor is a communal family area that is connected to another outdoor covered deck. Here you can lounge with your morning coffee while relaxing on a queen size sleeper sofa or sitting on the deck as you take advantage of the wet bar, beverage refrigerator, smart TV, and coffee nook.

GROUND LEVEL The Nancy Jane also boasts a ground floor cabana area with a wet bar, a serving window (out to the patio), a smart TV, microwave, toaster oven and another full size refrigerator. The connecting patio area, with a barbecue grill and where the hot tub is located, is furnished with modular seating so your entire clan can dine al fresco in privacy below shade sails. And the nearby outdoor shower is easily accessible after returning from the beach and before jumping into the hot tub for a soak.

The one in-garage parking spot that can directly access the ELEVATOR is on the ocean side of the house and that space also includes a game area where you can play foosball, ping pong, darts and other board games. With additional seating, you can hangout here too. This is also where you find all your beach toys and equipment to enjoy the sun, surf and beach.
