DESCRIPTION:
This is truly a one-of-a-kind luxury home featuring a spacious, bright, and airy family room with Nantucket-style sofas and neutral decor. Large windows and patio-style doors allow beautiful coastal light and sea breezes to flood the living spaces of this reverse-living style home, and also provide spectacular bay views and sunsets from the spacious dining room on the top floor.

KITCHEN & DINING:
On the top level of the home you will find the well-equipped, newly renovated gourmet-style kitchen with new cabinets and counter tops, stainless double wide refrigerator, and everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The Microwave is also an airfryer and convection oven and there is also a brand new toaster. The kitchen island has 3 stools.
There is an amazing dining room with beautiful views and seating for 9.
Like to cook your meals outside? There's a natural gas grill for cooking outdoors on the large deck and another grill down by the pool area.
LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES:
The top level has the main living room, with graceful arched windows, cathedral ceilings and white-washed hardwood floors. This is a great space to relax and watch the 65" flat-screen TV, complete with Blue Ray DVD Player, and seating for 7. Wireless high-speed internet will keep you as connected as you want to be during your vacation. A separate powder room for guests is also on this floor.
The lower level has another seating/gathering area. This room includes a Queen size Murphy Bed, and direct access to the pool.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
This bright and airy beach home has many special features including gorgeous gardens with a free-form heated pool and blue-stone patio area.
The pool area has been expanded to allow for more lounging and dining areas, and the side yard area has gathering spaces including a gas fire pit.
A pavilion covered lounge area set on a raised platform has been added, providing a comfortable sectional sofa and chair seating. Perfect for an evening of entertaining! Additional covered dining table is located by the outdoor kitchen. Upgrades include a bar and entertainment ceter, a pool side, Outdoor Kitchen with natural gas BBQ and 2 refrigerators. The pavilion has a Roku TV, seating, ceiling fan, dimming lights, plus a Fire Pit!!!
A life-guarded beach is located just a short walk North on the boulevard at Lady Bug Lane. You can also drive if you prefer. Here you will find parking, tennis courts, and a changing room with restrooms. Home has a large wagon, 8 beach chairs, 8 beach badges and beach umbrella . Please bring your own beach towels.

*Covid 19 Precautionary Measures: Homeowner has contracted a Linen Company with an upgraded package to include sheets, bath towels, hand towel, kitchen towels, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets for every reservation. This is free of charge to the renter. Cleaners are spending more time in each home. Cleaners will spend time with the sanitization of high-touch areas (for example, door knobs, wall switches/plates, remotes, lamp switches, appliances (touch-pads and handles).

Another Amazing Experience

This is my family’s 3rd year at this home. We live all over the country and this year we lost my mom and dad. It was so great to walk into this house which feels like home and really have great family time. The updates to the house every year are appreciated and simply everything is taken care of. We love the pool option and the pavilion is an extra most homes don’t have.

Amazing Property

Thank you so much for providing such an amazing oasis. The house is beautiful and the outdoor property magnificent. We used the pool and outdoor pavilion so many nights to watch the US Olympic team compete. The outdoor kitchen and grill was an added treat.
While all of that was great and over the top- the care I received for every question or concern was the best I have ever experienced
Thank you for providing a place for my family to gather and reconnect after a long COVID year.

This house feels like a resort. It’s beautifully maintained with everything you could want. Just a short drive to the beach. We had 4 kids and they all had a blast.

This was our third year renting a week at Bayside Breeze. The house is beautiful, spacious, well stocked and maintained. The grounds are spectacular with numerous outdoor seating spaces for lounging or privacy. Our grandchildren especially loved swimming in the heated pool. We had our best summer ever.

House was clean when we arrived. Outside areas around pool and cabana are delightful and enjoyed by adults and kids. We did have an issue which was handled right away by the owner plus he gave us a bottle of wine. Overall very satisifed with our week in the house.

Spectacular LBI Experience

I hate to provide a great review for fear that the property will become unavailable to us in future years because of increased demand. But in fairness to the obvious TLC put in by the quite responsive owners, I have to say that this is a magnificent property upgraded and crafted to provide a spectacular LBI experience. The property is spacious, and designed to maximize the hours of sun on the pool. The outdoor pavilion with a large screen TV is an oasis out of the sun. The interior is light and airy, and well-decorated with a true beachy feeling to it. And the sunsets from the deck are like nothing else. The beach is a short and easy walk away but it was hard to drag ourselves away from the great pool set-up on this beautiful quiet bay block. What a spectacular home!
