Terrace Bay is the perfect retreat for family and friends who want to get away from it all. You know what they say! Location is Everything! You found the perfect retreat for family and friends who want to get away from it all! Ideally situated right on the bay, this home is 2 blocks from the beach and offers stunning water views to soothe the soul! The pristine kitchen is located on the main level overlooking the living area and boasts a spacious island that seats up to 6 people. Gorgeous views of the Bay are free for the taking right from the kitchen and living room!

On the main level is the first bedroom that includes a twin daybed and twin trundle. An additional full bathroom is located on this floor.
The top level of this Beauty displays three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Exquisitely
decorated and spacious, the master bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en suite
bathroom. Enjoy a breathtaking view from your very own patio out through the sliding doors. The next bedroom has a Full bed and is decorated perfectly for the beach! The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed; spacious and beautiful. Conveniently located on the top level, enjoy the full-size washer and dryer!
KITCHEN & DINING:
This kitchen is complete with a K-Cup coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware etc; everything you could want or need for your stay. Get comfortable and enjoy the spacious living space and the Large TV over the Fireplace.
Additional seating allows you to sit back and have a snack or play a game on the high table
with 4 stools. This space offers amazing water views of the bay and inlet. An additional full bathroom is located on this floor.
LOUNGE & LIVING:
Smartly located on the lower level, the bonus room is the perfect get-away for the kids to
hang out and watch TV. They can also shoot darts and play games. There is a powder room
in this bonus room area as well.
The home has a special intercom system attached to all the rooms including the basement bonus room. The intercom is also designed to accept a Sirius XM docking station.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Head out through the back door of this lower level bonus room for access to the back patio area by the Bay. There is an Outdoor Shower with hot and cold water, to the west-side of the house. There is a kayak available for guest use. The garage is not available for guest use, but there is a little deck above that is good for sunning. There is a set of stairs leading to the roof deck with expansive views of the bay, a perfect place to bring your favorite drink and view the gorgeous sunset.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
The property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere of the home. Long term renters are welcome to stay at this property from September through May, and events and weddings will be considered. Conveniently located on the top level, enjoy the full-size washer and dryer! There?s no time to run upstairs and deliver clean clothes...there is beach and fun to be had!

Our family enjoyed another great vacation at this beautiful home. My favorite part of this house is the stunning bay views. We eat our meals at the house and skip the restaurants because the views are so nice! The house is in a great location - we never get in our car. It's a very quick walk to the beach. The homeowners are very diligent and responsive. This is a home that you can book with complete confidence that you will have a great vacation.

We have stayed in this house for the last 4 years for our family vacation. The views are absolutely breathtaking and you have a view from every window. We have stopped looking for nice restaurants to go to for dinner because no restaurant has a view like this houseâ?¦so we bring the food in and enjoy dinner on the deck with views of the bay, the boats, and the fireworks! The house has everything we need and the owner is lovely and accommodating. Canâ??t wait to be back next year!

This is the 3rd time we have rented this property and we come back each year for good reason: location is perfect offering water/sunset views, perfect amount of space for 6 people (bedroom/baths) and the amenities fit our needs. There is lots to do in Ship Bottom and the beach is super clean. Only gripe this year was with the cleaning service as the place was not spotless like prior visits.

Spectacular Bay Front!

Our extended family gathered together amidst the pandemic at this safe haven in LBI for a memorable week in September. The three decks overlooking the expansive Barnegat Bay were a fantastic outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the open air. The lower patio on the bay with private dock access provided fun for all ages with crabbing, fishing, kayaking (2 provided) and swimming. The home was sparkling clean, well equipped and comfortable. We would recommend this spacious home to anyone wanting a luxury vacation on Long Beach Island.

This home was a perfect place for our family. Lots of room to spread out and to host our family staying down the street for dinners. Lots of deck space to relax on at the end of the day. We loved the dock and we spent lots of time floating and swimming in the bay. Plenty of chairs, beach supplies and a wagon were available to take to the beach which was within walking distance. Kitchen fully stocked and owners were available if we needed anything. Also appreciated that a part of the pantry was full of extra condiments and liquor that other renters left behind. It's always a shame to throw away extra provisions. Loved it!

This property was exactly as described. The views are amazing and the kayaks provided plenty of fun for all. We spent a lot of time fishing and crabbing off of the pier and the beach was only a short walk away. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend to others!
