This newly renovated beach house with 2-zone Central Air is only two blocks from the ocean and one block from the bay beach with playground and designated swimming area for the little ones. Lovely landscaping will greet you as you approach the property. Inside, you'll find a bright, cheerful, spacious home with hardwood floors throughout, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, 3 1/2 tiled bathrooms, and expansive, brand-new, fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and hardwood flooring. This area opens to a dining room with large oak table, seating 8 to 10 comfortably.
A large living room with 50' TV/blu-Ray player and comfortable seating with 12 foot sliders leading to the fabulous deck. There is also a large separate family room perfect for movie watching or game playing. The family room has a pull-out sofa with a king bed.
The first floor is where you will find a king master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet plus a love seat with a twin pull out sofa. There are also 2 more bedrooms with 2 twin beds each on this floor. Between the master and the twins is a large beautiful guest bathroom with shower and double vanity. The top floor has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, each with a TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. This upper floor also has another beautiful brand new bathroom with tub shower.
The special feature about this home is the large sets of french doors that join the living/dining area to a 70 ft. sun deck complete with hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, dining table, chairs, swing, and chaise lounges. This area is completely fenced and beautifully landscaped for privacy. The owner worked with our design department to redesign this home to provide a vacation environment that is open and inspiring. This home has it all for you to create wonderful memories for you and your family.
Local attractions within walking distance from the home are the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, multiple Marina's offering boat, jet ski, paddle board rentals. Sand Trap Mini Golf, Shore Good Donuts, The Local (Specialty Coffee, Bakery and Deli) CVS, B&B Department Store, Dejavue Nails, Raimondo's Restaurant, Bageleddi's Bagel Shop. The Arlington Restaurant and Bar is a popular gathering place, Country Corner Farm Market offering fresh bread, best baked pies ever, fresh vegetables, flowers and a nice selection of everyday groceries. Surf City Fishery on LBI Boulevard has daily fresh fish and shellfish.
The speed limit in this area is strictly enforced at 25 MPH.
The bay beach is located two streets over on 13th and Bay Ave. This beach has covered seating area and a playground for the children. The beach is roped for swimming. The currents are very mild here for the little ones to swim safely.
The ocean beach is just 2 blocks away with crossing lights on 11 Street and Long Beach Blvd.
There are beach chairs and a wagon for use to stow beach items and take to the beach -- just a 5-minute walk away.

This was our 6th consecutive year at the Anchor Bay home and as with all previous years it was wonderful. However this year our 6 yr old granddaughter arrived home without her most precious stuffed animal. I spoke to the owner Joyce who did not give up looking for it. She was in touch with the family who stayed there after did and the little Puffin was found!!! It made our delightful two week stay even better. We love all the little things (flowers, new LR sectional, new artwork and wine in the fridge) that make this home so cozy and welcoming. We will be back next year again.

We just completed a terrific week at the Anchor Bay House in LBI. A terrific place to get away from it all. The house is beautiful with all necessary vacation ammenities. Close to lovely evening bay views and concerts (which Ship Bottom hosts often).

We loved our week at the Anchor Bay house. It was fabulous as always. Love the decor and the large comfortable bedrooms. The large sliding doors onto the large deck and the hot tub make it easy to still be outdoors after returning from a day at the beach.
1 disappointment was that the landscaping in the front of the house was disappointment. Overgrown and just a plain mess. If I didn’t know how great the house is on the inside the curb appeal would have scared me away.

This house was beautiful! As soon as we stepped into the house we could tell everything had been cleaned and the furniture and decor was beautiful. The sheets came in a bag on the bed which was a nice touch to show how clean everything was! The house was located so close to the bay and walking distance to the beach. There were maybe 5 restaurants in a walkable range. It was super easy to get in touch with the host, and would get quick responses each time! We would definitely say here again.

The property was a perfect fit for our needs. We had two families staying, as we were in town for our children’s wedding. The house was beautiful, clean, and had the right space to accommodate everyone. The neighborhood was nice and very close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property. The property managers were outstanding in their communication. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was exactly what we were hoping for. Had our whole (extended) family here for the week. Very spacious rooms and kitchen. Clean. The back deck was perfect for us all to BBQ and sit out with plenty of table space/seats, a Gas fire and Hot tub. Second living/TV room with wrap around couch was ideal for our young kids to wind down. Great location- 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the bay. No issue with parking. Very pleased, highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful property with great amenities! Very clean and plenty of space! Great location - convenient access to bridge, stores, and one block from the bay & beautiful sunsets! Well stocked kitchen with anything you could need - pots, utensils, etc., and home included linens - huge plus! The backyard also features a grill, patio sets with ample seating, and outdoor fireplace that make for a great gathering space. Huge dining room table perfect for family dinners! Management company was very helpful and easy to work with! Owner very accommodating. Absolute pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend to others!
