This spacious home with modern amenities made for a wonderful vacation for our extened family of 14. The morning views of the bay from the large deck were spectacular. Very close to Mystic, shopping, seaport, groceries. Owner was very responsive to questions and needs. Perfect place for kayaking. A 5 star location!

From initial inquiry to interactions with property managers in Mystic the experience was flawless, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The home is lovely, amenities terrific, game room well used by our teenaged grandchildren - as well as their parents and grandparents. Especially nice was a welcome bottle of wine and a basket full of goodies. Instructions abound so very little needed to be asked. In all a wonderful family vacation.

Simply Spectacular in Every Way

Our wedding week was made even more special by our stay at Mystic Bay. The house is spectacular in so many ways; several guests commented that it was the nicest house in which they'd ever stepped foot. The house is modern, featuring state-of-art design and voice-activated controls, and there are easy-to-follow labels and instructions in the welcome book for anyone to understand. It's perfect for adults and kids alike, from relaxing areas inside and outside, beautiful kitchens, a basement game room, a large deck and several bedroom balconies, a large lawn on the water, and a small private beach. The waterfront views are stunning from various rooms in the home and especially perfect for sunrises. Lastly, the hosts were extremely gracious and attentive, calling attention to items for the kids to use (e.g., boogie boards, crab traps, etc) and immediately responding to any text messages I sent. I can not possibly recommend this home enough, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic multi-generation family vacation

All of the four families found your home to be spacious, comfortable and "fully loaded" with fun places and things to do. The downstairs game room was a tremendous hit with "the boys" and the downstairs viewing room provided enough sound separation to have an all-adult late-night viewing. The ability to have separate bedrooms for the kids of different ages allowed for the flexibility of different naps and bedtimes. The kids and adults found the sandy beach a fun place to play and search for crabs and other sea life during high tide. And your kitchen facilities made food prep for several different tastes (and food restrictions) very manageable. Your location on Masons Island is perfect. We were able to travel to area attractions without getting stuck in traffic. I would highly recommend your home to any multi-generational family looking to bring the entire family together for fun, food and relaxation.

We celebrated a special birthday with extended family at this house. The home is exceptional in every way and in a beautiful waterfront location. It is very spacious, perfect for a large group, and thoughtfully designed with numerous amenities. Everyone loved staying at the house and enjoyed the property, deck, and added bonus of a game room. The Last Week of Summer at Mystic Bay

I knew from the moment I saw Mystic Bay online, that no other house could compare. You offered exactly what I was looking for and more. The house was gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. It provided tranquility and peace even with our large family - 3 generations. We thoroughly enjoyed the yard where we set up Corn Hole and Kubb and all of us played these lawn games daily. We brought our kayaks, canoe and paddle boards and set off right from your beach. The location was just perfect! Our favorite room in the house was the game room. Competition was fierce - we created quite a ruckus! The large dining room table enabled all of us to eat together and play games at night. And the huge deck was perfect for our cookout and relaxing at night under the stars with the firepit and tiki torches lit. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. A Magnificent Home and Location

Our extended family of 8 adults and 3 children enjoyed this home immensely. There was plenty of room (all 4 couples had their own bathroom) for all and the house was well-stocked with everything needed. A lot of nice extra touches like Keurig machines and pods on both main levels, robes in some bathrooms, tiki torches on the deck, multiple fun options in the game room, TVs everywhere - made it extra pleasant. The back lawn and small beach were perfect for the small children in our group, and the location was near everything, although the best spot around is the huge back deck overlooking the bay. The home was immaculate with quality and functional furnishings throughout. We would hope to be back and recommend this home without reservation.

We hosted a small wedding at the Mystic Bay home and it was the absolute perfect setting. The house itself was immaculate and had every thing you could possibly need and the deck/backyard had such an amazing view of the water. It was truly the most relaxing setting. Our guests raved about the house all weekend and we couldn't have imagined a better place to get married. The owner's really thought of everything. Both the owner's and Style Vacation Homes were easy to work with and extremely responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here for a family get away or for a small get together!

Stunning and Amazing Home

My wife and I booked this home for our immediate family and to be our private wedding location. We could not have been happier with the decision. The pictures do not actually do this property justice for how beautiful the house is. The game room downstairs was so much fun to hang out in with a multitude of TVs for sports games. Each detail in the house was beautiful and you could certainly tell this was meant to be a luxury property that was still cozy enough to relax in. When we told the owners that we were having our private wedding ceremony at the property, they went above and beyond providing us a breakfast bar, card and even some champagne to celebrate. They also sent texts throughout the experience to make sure everything was okay. Aside from being gorgeous, the kitchen was also well-stocked for anything we would need to prepare. Even the professional chef that prepared our wedding dinner was in awe. We are beyond grateful for the wonderful memories we made in this home.

WOW! This is an amazing property. We gathered for my son's wedding. Several out of town family members. All were so pleased with their individuals suite and the house in general. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. The views spectacular. Home is spotless and has everything you need, from coffee to personal care items. Several areas to gather (great room with comfortable furniture, game room, deck, fire pit) so something for everyone. Location was perfect, a few minutes from Salt Water Farm Vineyard for the wedding, a few minutes to downtown Mystic for strollling and restaurants, 20 minutes to Watch Hill. Mason's Island was great for some power walking surrounded by beautiful views & homes. The perfect family+ vacation! Do not hesitate at booking this home!

If you are looking for a premiere house that can accommodate a fairly large number of people, this is the house for you. It has all the amenities that you would want. It's location is ideal being close to Mystic but on Mason's Island and the river. We had small children with us and the large yard in the back and small beach was ideal. The property manager is communicative and accessible. GREAT PLACE!

**Incredible "Micro" Wedding Setting**

We booked this breathtaking house to hold our micro wedding and it was absolutely a spectacular setting. The gorgeous, spacious home allowed us to house all of our family/relatives in extreme comfort. On Friday night, we held our rehearsal dinner and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare a gourmet feast. On Saturday, we held our ceremony on the perfectly manicured lawn, with the private dock/beach as the backdrop. It made for a stunning setting for us to exchange our vows in a small, intimate family ceremony. "Coast Gourmet" catered both, fantastic! The incredible game room and lower level kept the kids entertained for hours and gave them a break from us "boring" adults. We can't say enough about the house, decor, setting and amenities. If you are looking for a local private destination wedding venue, this spectacular home checks all of the boxes. The amenities, appliances and attention to detail throughout the home are top notch! You won't be disappointed in this house!

What a fantastic week we had in the beautiful Mystic Bay Home! The view from the house is absolutely stunning! The home itself has just about everything you could need for a waterfront vacation. We were easily able to store our kayaks and take a short walk to the beach to put them in and off we went. The home itself also was beautifully equipped and provided the ambience for a great week. The speaker system and TVs set up are great for entertainment. There's ample chairs, and all kitchen equipment needed to get you through the week. The upstairs is beautifully laid out with everything available for your stay. The owners (Roland and Karen) were easily accessible if anything was needed- but everything was clearly laid out with instructions that it wasn't really necessary! My family can't wait to return to Mystic Bay in the near future!

This home was ideal for our family vacation. The attention to detail was amazing. The huge deck in the back is perfect for coffee watching the sun rise, sunbathing and dinner for a large group. The interior of the house is spectacular! The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups. There is a great fish market 0.2 miles away so we cooked every day. The technology in this house is second to none! The owner is very accessible and responsive. I would strongly recommend this home.

To celebrate my husband's 70th birthday I wanted to find a special house with lots of room for our children and grandchildren to enjoy also. This home was a perfect choice -from the beautiful views, great amenities, an awesome kitchen and dining room to fit our large family to the 5 bedrooms being so inviting and comfortable. The deck and outdoor grill area was a great gathering place. Roland and Karen were available at all times with any questions we had. The children and grandchildren loved the game tables, the private beach and the dock for fishing and crabbing! Can't wait to return again next year!

Early Autumn weekend at Mystic Bay

We chose Mystic Bay for a mini family reunion. Many of us came from California. We couldnâ??t have been happier with Mystic Bay. The setting was beautiful and so typical of coastal Connecticut. The house is newly built, with exceptional attention to details. The layout is very well thought out. The common areas were large, inviting and beautifully furnished. All 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were extremely comfortable. Everything was new and very clean. Our family included 3 generations, with grandchildren ranging in age from 11 months to 11 years. There were so many things for all of us to do. The small private beach was a delight from early morning to the end of the day. We brought kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring the area and the nearby nature preserve. The children used their nets to catch fish and crabs. They loved the great stash of beach toys. The basement game room was a hit with everyone. The owners were most attentive and made us feel so welcome. Will happily go back.

Perfect Summer Vacation House

This house was a perfect setting for our family reunion. We had 14 people staying here from age 2 -70s. There was plenty of room for visiting and playing games both inside and outside. The colors in the house were so well done and in tied in so well with the water views. The kitchen was fabulous; all top of the line appliances and everything you would need to cook terrific meals. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to eat together and we really enjoyed to seating outside on the deck. Loved the tiki torches and the fire pit. We appreciated the games in the basement (foosball, ping pong and Pop-A-Shot) to keep us busy on the rare rainy afternoon. Roland was wonderful with quick and complete answers to questions. We are already trying to work on dates to come back next summer.

We had an amazing stay at this Mystic home. Roland was always available for any questions we had, and was very gracious in wanting us to have a wonderful week. The house is amazing, with every bell and whistle you could imagine. The quality of all the furnishings, was top notch. We cook in a lot, just easier with a large group, and the kitchen had every utensil and gadget we could have wanted, and appliance were all top of the line. We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck, and also had plenty of yard for lawn games. The beach area was perfect for the little ones in our group, they loved digging in the sand, and crabbing off the dock. It is a beautiful home, and I can not imagine anyone not falling in love with it. Thank you Roland for sharing your very well thought out home with us.

Stunning brand new property and perfect space, accommodations, amenities, and outdoor elements for a relaxing family getaway. The "smart house" has all the trimmings from a fully equipped luxury kitchen and outdoor grilling space to nicely appointed bedrooms with beautiful views, including individual temperature controls in each bedroom. Nothing was overlooked. Anything you could need was there. The kids loved the private beach and games in the basement. Not something we focused on when deciding on this property but definitely the highlight of the weekend as an added bonus. The experience was closer to a luxury hotel coupled with the privacy and personal touch one would find in your own home. An absolutely perfect weekend with family members aging 2 to 76 years. Owner was responsive and supportive when we had questions about the smart house features. As we were coming from out of town, owner was also very accommodating regarding our schedule.
