36 West II is a large 4-bedroom home that we rent as a 2-bedroom during times of year when smaller parties tend to travel. This allows you to enjoy the more spacious common areas and other features of the larger home, without incurring the additional expense of bedrooms you don't need. The two bedrooms you do not require will be locked and unoccupied for the duration of your stay.
This classic Greek Revival post-and-beam captain's home, built in 1840, is located on Commercial Street in the quiet West End of Provincetown. It is only a 5-minute walk to town and a 2-minute walk to a public beach and kayak launch. The home has just undergone a meticulous, year-long renovation, blending modern convenience with timeless charm. 36 West II finds the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. Overlooking a large, fully-enclosed front yard and garden area, 36 West II offers a lovely sense of privacy.
