The property offers a courtyard with firepit, water feature and comfortable lounge area. Open grounds for your enjoyment and pet benefit. Large deck offers dining for 6 with umbrella, grill and lounge area.
Kori Kottage has just been added to our luxury portfolio of homes in picturesque Stonington, Ct. Rich in history and loaded with small town charm, Stonington Borough is not like other coastal destinations. The pace is slower. It's a bit quieter. There's less traffic. It's a place where a leisurely stroll down Water Street, past eclectic shops, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants, leads you to a magnificent sunset and an old stone lighthouse.
This home features a bright and open floor plan with beautiful natural light. Soaring ceilings with contemporary architecture lend itself to a perfect modern cottage. Amenities include a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pantry, coffee maker and Keurig, and dining for 6. A brand new HVAC/Central Air/ Hyper Heat System installed. The home is designed to offer a fun relaxing atmosphere. You can have a fun night of Karaoke with your friends and family. The home has a stage with Karaoke station that you can link your music to. Have to get some work done? There is a work station complete with a smart wireless printer copier.
The outside areas offer a courtyard with new landscaping complete with a water feature, fire pit and lounge area. You can also enjoy the large back deck complete with lounge area and dining area for 6 with an Umbrella for shade. Here you will find the new grill for outdoor dining. Dinnerware included to host alfresco. Enjoy a brand new an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) located in the back under the deck. There is a Washer and Dryer on the first floor for your convenience.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
The new kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz top, soft close cabinets and drawers. There is a large pantry to include spices and basic items, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and lobster pot for your fresh seafood creations! The dining table accommodates 6 guests as well as an outdoor dining table with an umbrella for shade. Brew some coffee in the morning and step onto your private balcony off your bedroom or the beautiful deck with water views and salty air.
LOUNGING AND LIVING SPACES: Indoor or outdoor comfortable living spaces with plenty of seating for all.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Fresh air outdoor showers are a vacationers dream! Start your day or end it with a lovely outdoor shower. The new propane grill can be fired up at a moments notice for a quick or gourmet meal. Gather around the fire pit for more outdoor conversation and star gazing as you enjoy in the private backyard.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
This home is fully equipment to ensure a stress-free, relaxing vacation. Linens are provided to include sheets for all beds and bath towels. You only need to bring your beach towels. The home has Bluetooth Harmon Karmom stereo speakers, high speed wifi (1G), beach chairs, beach umbrella, start up paper supplies, and parking in the private driveway for 4 cars.
Try your talent and have some fun and laughs with the Karaoke Station! Wind down after a full day of sight seeing, beach combing, shopping, exploring, gambling, or kayaking and sing some of your favorite tunes.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Covid 19 Precautionary Measures: Homeowner has contracted a Linen Company with an upgraded package to include sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels delivered for each reservation. This is free of charge to the renter. The cleaning company is spending more time in each home to sanitize.

Wonderful vacation home in Stonington borough!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kori Kottage. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful, as was Style Vacation Homes. We have stayed at hotels in the area, and this was by far a superior experience. It is obvious the minute you step inside the home that the owner shows a great deal of care and attention to detail. They even provided a gift certificate to Indulge, a nearby cafe, where we picked up breakfast sandwiches the next morning.
The home has a sunny and cheerful feel, and the furnishings, including the beds, were so comfortable! We loved the open floor plan, which was perfect for our family gathering, and we really enjoyed the outside deck. One of the best features was the completely fenced yard surrounding the house. Our dogs loved frolicking in the yard, and we appreciated the safety of the surrounding fence. This home is a few-minute walk to Water Street in Stonington Borough with all of the charming shops and great restaurants. We can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our time at Kori Kottage. The property over-delivered on expectations for our stay in Stonington. It's a great location; we enjoyed everything from biking, jogging, beach time and dining out in the area while leaving our car in the driveway.
Small touches from the owner that show an extra effort to make guests feel welcome and appreciated were really impressive and just made this experience stand out from all other rentals we've had in the past. Upon arrival we had a few questions and the owner was incredibly responsive, getting back to us within minutes. The accommodations were five-star fabulous, including a chef's kitchen, great size deck for evening sunsets and really comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property to others planning to visit the area.

We have visited in Stonington Boro and stayed at Kori Kottage multiple times.
The owner is very concerned that all is above satisfactory for his guests and makes himself available to answer any questions and take whatever action is necessary to assure all is right!
The home is furnished perfectly for us and our Maltese-(even the dog beds)
Louis continues to add to the charm of the home.
Location is PERFECT for walking to town, beach and restaurants. The private outdoor seating area along with parking just add to reasons why we look forward to our next STAY. Thank you Louis Shaw!!

We needed a getaway and this was the perfect spot. The home was beautifully decorated, with many interesting pieces throughout the home. The place was spacious and the beds were cozy. The nicest touch was the owner leaving us a $25 gift card to the coffee shop up the street. A very nice and welcoming touch. Would definitely stay there again.

We had such a great time staying at Kori Kottage. Good location, clean, modern, new appliances and lovely deck. The owner really cares about keeping this house in great shape and also being available to the renter for questions. They care about your time at their house. I would stay here again! I recently stay at Kori Kottage and I was blown away by the level of comfort and style that I was able to enjoy. The management was outstanding and I was given a tour of the home because of a request. Very nice and caring people manage this home and I felt like I was important. The rooms were styled so nicely that I just wanted to spend time in every spot of the house, haha. Highly recommending to any travelers that are looking for an intimate getaway in a special rental home. I could tell that this property is well maintained. I will definitely be returning soon.

We stayed for 5 nights with a son and his partner. Another son and his family visited us for one evening, so easy to keep outdoors and covid safe for an evening with unvaccinated kids. Big deck with plenty of space for 8 of us for our take out pizza dinner, and a move to the more protected lower patio around a fire pit after dinner. The house was very comfortable for 4 of us with everything you could need. The decor is very creative and tasteful, no clutter. The 2 bedrooms are equal in size which we appreciated, with plenty of space downstairs for all of us to relax in. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. We were looking at rentals in Mystic, but weâre SO glad we stayed in Stonington. Very close to Mystic but outside the tourist hustle and bustle, a charming town that has plenty to offer. Highly recommend!

This place has everything you need for a fantastic shore vacation. It's an easy walk to downtown restaurants, historical sites and over the tracks to the Velvet Mill. There's a nearby dog walking area, just around the block. Inside the house is like being in a modern art museum, every piece of furniture fits this vibe. There are even pet covers for the sofa. The deck and fire pit area are two nice outdoor areas to hang out. The beds were comfortable, and linens & towels are included. As well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The in-town beach is a kiddy pool, but RI state beaches are 20 minutes away if you're looking for waves. We like to cook at home, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all you need to cook and the outdoor grill worked very well. The internet is very fast, and the two bluetooth speakers were a very nice touch. All in all, a very relaxing place to stay!

Kori Kottage is in a perfect, quiet location in the Borough of Stonington. The home even has ocean views from the balcony! Newly renovated and creatively decorated, the home has the perfect balance of being comfortable and welcoming, yet chic. After exploring Mystic, Watch Hill and walks in the pristine town, we would retreat to the large deck, as it backs up to open space with natural landscaping, low lighting and comfortable conversation seating plus a large dining table and new Weber grill. So easy to have a nice meal at the home when not exploring the delicious restaurants in the quaint town, all within walking distance. In the evenings, we loved the secluded courtyard with overhead string lights, a tranquil fountain and fire pit. Every amenity was careful thought of by the homeowner - linens and beach items being provided made packing easy! The outdoor shower was a favorite for the whole family. Style Vacation Homes made the reservation process easy from start to finish.

I stayed here with my 1 year old son, my wife, and my parents (3 generations). Everyone loved it. The baby gate at the top of the upstairs where the bedrooms are allowed me to talk around up there without having to always watch him. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances for cooking and eating. Absolutely loved the decks and balconies. The interior was bright and open and great for a family gathering. Would definitely stay again.
