Just a short walk to the beach, the homeowner provides beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cart to transport them! An added bonus is the large playground right across the street.
Enjoy your favorite beverage while gazing at the water through wide garage-style doors that open out to the bay. Bay Dream has a fantastic party room on the lower level complete with a surfboard bar, colorful lifeguard chair seating, and cafe tables that look out over the bay.
This covered area has ceiling fans and large windows for refreshing salty-aired cross breezes. You may never want to leave this room. But wait, the rest of the home is just as amazing.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Enter onto the home's top floor to a beautifully laid out living room and dining room with an abundance of windows providing panoramic water views. The gourmet kitchen is on this floor, featuring granite counter tops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a large assortment of dinnerware, cookware, glasses, flatware, and serving bowls. Set up to please any chef's needs, to include a toaster, blender, and a pullout pantry. The dining table seats 8, and the breakfast bar seats 4. On this floor you will also find Bedroom #1, a powder room for guests, and a stackable washer/dryer.
LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES
This room has the feel of a ship surrounded by water. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV with surround-sound, IPOD dock, and cable. The sound system is connected to outdoor speakers and in-home speakers throughout.
A large family room with flat screen TV are on the next level. Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3, Bedroom #4 and a guest bath with a tub shower is on this floor.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The home has decks off of all three levels, with grill, dining, additional seating and a fenced in yard.
The roof deck has a bar and is a nice spot to sit and enjoy the sunsets with your favorite beverage.
An enclosed outdoor rinsing station offers cool water for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The boat dock provides a fantastic place for swimming. Feel free to bring your traps for excellent crabbing.

Covid Compliant Home! For the 2021 Season the homeowner will now supply all linens from a professional linen company to include sheets, towels (washcloth, hand and bath) and dish towels. These will be delivered fresh for each reservation. The cleaning professionals are also taking extra measures to clean and sanitize the home for your arrival.

We had a wonderful time last week at Bay Dream! The location could not be better with the amazing bay in your backyard. The house is very well kept and was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen is well stocked also. We would definitely go back.

In the master bedroom the owners took one of the closets previously available to guests and there were 2large bins in the closet available to the guests that we had look at for the week

Multiple Issues With Property - No Support From Management Company Or Owner

I could bore everyone with the details of the multiple issues we had, but long story short, this pricey rental had problems that neither the management company nor the owner dealt with the entire week. I spent hours of my vacation either emailing, calling or dealing with unqualified repairmen without one of the problems being resolved. Such a disappointment. You really find out who you are renting from when there is an issue.

This was an excellent home. Have going to lbi for 40+ years and this is one of our favorite places. If I am being very critical The house needS a little bit of deep cleaning and by that I mean things that normally you would not identify and certainly nothing that takes away from this home. Just an awesome place to stay and already looking to stay again.

My family and I stayed here last summer and had a great time. So spacious and comfortable; even provided sheets & towels.
Great being right on the bay especially if you have a boat or love water activities.
So peaceful sitting out watching the water and seeing the sunsets every day.
So many places to walk or bike to for the family. Restaurants, miniature golf, shopping, ice cream!
I would definitely rent here again.

We stayed at this beautifully updated, 5 star home, last fall and will definitely book it again this year. I loved the large window wall in the living area with amazing views of the bay and spectacular sunsets. I liked the convenience of the nearby stores, restaurants, recreational attractions, and you are just a walk away from the ocean. This house has every convenience including a fabulous, well stocked kitchen with every amenity.

What a vacation dream home! We stayed over the July 4 th week and what a great time! Fireworks right across the bay!
We had ample space in the dining area and living area. The bedrooms allowed us to spread out and enjoy the view from anywhere in this house. Decks, decks, and more decks to enjoy the bay view.
No one had to wait for a shower, there were plenty and plenty of hot water!
The downstairs bar room opened up to the backyard and long dock. Plenty of swimming right from the dock. Only wished we had brought a boat!
It was nice to have the playground so close for our grandchildren to play. It was a short walk to the ocean , but most days we really enjoyed having our own quiet oasis out back..
The kitchen had everything we wanted or needed.
We never got tired of our view... simply beautiful home in a beautiful location.
The owner was very pleasant and made certain we had all we needed.
Looking forward to our return next season with or without a boat!

The home was roomy and easily accommodated my family. It had everything we needed and provided enough separate areas to allow us to spread out. The gathering areas inside were large enough for us to congregate, both inside and out. The views are amazing! The location was convenient to everything including the beach, restaurants, and shops and we found the marina and it's maritime actives to be a charming addition to the views. We will definitely be going back and would recommend it to others
